Working out.
Went to kickboxing class tonight. What a workout! Last weeks sub didn't prepare me for the fury the regular teacher brought tonight. But I felt so good when I was done. Tomorrow is pilates. It's a little more tender, a little less impact. But still a workout keeping those core muscles tight. Come join me, Kody's, 6 p.m. GO! V
