Week One

This has been one heck of a week, but I think I did a great job. Thanks to Ben reminding me about my flex points last night.

My weight 186.8 yes I made goal. I weighted with clothes on which I never do (TMI) and I still make my goal. Time in the pool and gym while I have been living out of a hotel has helped.

Points-814 and Ben double checked my points.

Total team points for Wendy and I 762. I totaled our points divided by two is that the right way to report points?

Looking forward to week two.
