FINALLY I MEET MY WEIGHT GOAL!!!
This week I finally made my weight goal this week.
Beginning weight: 149.8
Ending weight: 148.2
Weight loss 1.6
Total points - 835
I think I finally figured out why I wasn't loosing. I hadn't been taking advantage of the day off and meal off. This week I didn't go overboard but I did take a day off and meal off and not stress over what I was eating.
